*Warranty Information*

The Prop-Up Pillow Ultimate is warrantied from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. (Covers the foam as to their shape and texture.) The Prop-Up Pillow Deluxe and the Prop-Up Pillow Wedge are warrantied for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. (Covers the foam as to their shape and texture.)

*Return Policy*

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and we will gladly accept returns on unopened merchandise for a period of 10 days from date of delivery. Unopened merchandise will be refunded 100% of the purchase price minus shipping. Opened or used items will be accepted for return within 10 days of shipping minus a 40% restocking fee and shipping. This policy is due to the personal use nature of the product and its classification as durable medical equipment. It is our policy not to resell certain merchandise once used. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error in shipping is ours.

If you would like to return the Prop-Up Pillow, please call us for a return authorization number before shipping the merchandise back. Any returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
